If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may cancel without penalty within the first 30 days after activation.

- We will refund the actual purchase price of the equipment.
- We will refund the activation fee, if one was charged.
- We will terminate your contract and waive the early cancellation fee.
Terms and Conditions
- All equipment must be returned in excellent condition with original packaging and all accessories included.
- If the UPC label on the packaging is missing for a mail-in rebate, the rebate amount will be subtracted from your equipment refund.
- Refunds will be mailed to the address of record on your account within 60 days.
- Please allow 8-10 weeks to receive your refund check.
- You are responsible for the following costs:
- Prorated monthly access charge
- Prorated feature charges
- Airtime overage charges
- Any roaming charges, taxes, toll charges and cost recovery fees incurred during the first 30 days. Roaming usage may take up to 60 days to process through billing.
- Data usage charges
- 30-day risk-free guarantee applies only to activation on a new account.
- 30-day risk-free guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Port-out requests
- Migrations
- Add-a-Lines
EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY
If you wish to continue your service, but would like to exchange your phone within the first 30 days of purchase, we would be happy to help you within the following conditions:
Terms and Conditions
- If you return a phone (and packaging w/UPC) with less than 30 minutes of use in excellent condition:
- No re-stocking fee applies.
- If you return a phone with 30 minutes or more for use in excellent condition; or with less then 30 minutes but in less than excellent dondition (packaging incomplete, missing UPC, damaged, etc.)
- A $50 re-stocking fee applies and must be paid at the time of exchange.
- Your new phone will be sold at the same price type as your original phone.
- You will be responsible for the difference in cost between phones.
- If your new phone costs less then your previous phone, the difference will be applied as a credit to your account.
- You are not elegible for an additional mail-in rebate.
